Web Settle Training:
Effective February 2, 2009, all truckload shipments picking up on or after February 2, 2009 will be paid through Web Settle. Please download the training presentation or attend a WebEx training session for more information.
Who Should Participate:
All carriers must have one or more Lean Logistics Super User that will take ownership of the TMS and perform the functions of adding, deleting and training new users. The ideal person to train is an operations manager or team lead who will train the rest of its operation's team. Sales representatives are welcome to train, but are not the ideal candidates to be Super Users.
The Super User needs to be in the operation daily. Once a carrier has trained, Vantix and Lean Logistics will help with questions regarding the functionality of the system, but will not administer users on behalf of the carrier. It is highly recommended that every carrier have a Super User and a backup person trained.
