New Carriers
Thank you for your interest in joining the Vantix carrier network. Please fill out the Preliminary Survey form and email it to us. Once we evaluate your information, we will send you a new carrier kit with the requirements to become a Vantix carrier.
Insurance Requirements:
Carriers are required to carry a minimum of $2,000,000 of combined general and auto liability coverage. A carrier must also carry no less than $1,000,000 in general aggregate, $250,000 in cargo liability insurance where applicable, and employer liability coverage of $250,000 for bodily injury and worker's comp insurance.
