Lean Logistics Training
Training Schedule:
- Every Thursday - 10:30 to 11:30 CST
- Exceptions: 8/9/2007 (Meeting cancelled today)
Who Should Participate in the Training:
All carriers must have one or more Lean Logistics super user that will take ownership of the TMS and perform the functions of adding, deleting and training new users. The ideal person to train should be an operations manager or team lead who will train the rest of its operation's team. Sales representative are welcome to train, but are not the ideal candidate to be a super user. The super user needs to be in the operation daily. Once a carrier has trained, Vantix and Lean Logistics will help with questions regarding the functionality of the system but will not administer users on behalf of the carrier. It is highly recommended that every carrier has a super user and a backup person trained.
